The Egyptian Railway Renewal & Maintenance Company is a company of the Ministry of Transport, affiliated with the Egyptian National Railways Authority. It brings more than 45 years of experience in the renovation, installation and maintenance of railway lines and switches, as well as planning, surveying and preparing the final designs for the lines and yards of the Egyptian National Railways network.

- 2008
Founded
Established as a subsidiary of the Egyptian National Railways with an issued capital of EGP 10 million, to renew and maintain the national railway network.
- 2018
Capital doubled
Issued capital raised to EGP 20 million to expand renewal, maintenance and supply capacity.
- 2024
Strategic expansion
Formed a strategic alliance with Qasid Kheir Contracting and invested in new tamping machinery, moving into large tenders and new markets beyond the national authority.
- 2025
Capital raised to EGP 100 million
Issued capital increased to EGP 100 million, alongside flagship contracts with Ezz El-Dekheila Steel and the Alexandria and Sokhna ports — strengthening solvency and qualifying ERTARAC for major national tenders.
